Sewing Circle of Love Ministry

Serving the Orphans of Africa

This ministry began as the result of of large donations of fabric to make clothes for the orphans in Malawi that so desperately need them.

The ladies meet the second and fourth Saturday of each month, at the church, at 10 AM to have a good time of fun, fellowship and food. No experience is necessary and we can teach you how to sew. During that time, we iron fabric, mark and cut it into patterns and send it through the sewing machine. We make the material into clothing for our brothers and sisters in Christ in Malawi. Each does what she can and, together with God's grace, we are making dresses for the girls and shorts for the boys.

We welcome everyone, regardless of experience (or lack thereof) because we know that the Body of Christ is made up of different parts each doing its own part to complete that Body.
