Calvary Chapel Southbury welcomes you to our site and wants to extend our hand of invitation to you to come visit our church. If you have never been to a Calvary Chapel church, this page will familiarize you with the "Calvary Chapel Distinctives". Each Calvary Chapel is a non-denomination church, with it's own leadership and unique style of worship. We are, as Calvary Chapels, offshoots (planted churches) of the main Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa, California, where it all started.

We are a local body of believers, who are active locally through our outreaches, online through our web site and podcast messages, blogs, Facebook and Twitter, and worldwide through our missions work in Africa. At Calvary Chapel Southbury we try to build disciples of Christ through teaching through the Bible line by line at our services, home groups and even smaller discipleship groups.

We are about glorifying God, increasing His Kingdom and edifying his people. We have ministries for all age groups, regular events posted on our calendar page, and two trips to Malawi and Mozambique per year.

If you are looking to find a solid, biblically based church in Connecticut, stop by and visit us any Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday during our gatherings. The door is open, you will be welcomed with open arms, and will want to come back and make us your home church.
